By signing this contract and the health contract both parties , the seller and the buyer agree and the puppy will be delivered upon full payment . If for some unknown reason something should happen to the puppy, while in the sellers care it will be replaced or the deposit returned ,buyers choice and if a replacement puppy is chosen the puppy will be replaced as soon as possible , the same breed and gender. If for some unknown reason the buyer backs out of the purchase then the deposit will be kept by the seller for inconvenience and cost to the seller .

Missouri sale taxes will be added to the sales price only to puppies purchased in the state of Missouri and sold as a pet . All prices listed are the price of the puppy unless the buyer and seller agree on a different price . We do not sale our puppies as breeding dogs OR SHOW DOGS only pets unless the buyer request it and we know it's purpose and WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY BUYER IF WE FEEL THE PUPPY WOULD NOT HAVE A GOOD HOME , CARED FOR , OR FEEL THE PUPPY WOULD NOT BE SAFE ,AND IN A HAPPY HOME .. We strive to find the very best of homes and do , it's our job to screen all buyers , so please be truthful in your interviews AND PLEASE DON'T BE OFFENDED BY OUR QUESTIONS.
