By signing this contract and the health contract both parties , the seller and the buyer agree and the puppy will be delivered upon full payment . If for some unknown reason death would occur to the puppy or a health problem that's harmful to the puppy having a quality and a healthy life , unforeseen while in the sellers care it will be replaced or the deposit returned ,buyers choice and if a replacement puppy is chosen the puppy will be replaced as soon as possible , the same breed and gender, when available . If when vet checked , the veterinary says the puppy is not ready , big enough to ship , or a hernia repair is needed , we will wait until the puppy is ready and the check is good. Or if the weather isn't permitting shipping maybe delayed a week . But the seller will try to arrange shipping once a week usually on Wednesdays , for her clients and If for some unknown reason the buyer backs out of the purchase then the deposit will be kept by the seller for inconvenience and cost to the seller . The buyer must make full payment with in two weeks of a deposit or their purchase will be void unless approved by the breeder . If no commitment of doing a contract with the breeder or seller on part of the buyer is made the deposit will also be kept . The seller has full intentions of selling the puppy and requires these steps taken for a quality purchase and to show all records .
